Gym and academy software prices in the Arab world, explained
Published prices cannot be compared directly: some are per gym, some by client count, some yearly in riyals, some by quote. This table puts them together in the units they were published in, works out the first year where it can, and shows what costs extra.
Page last reviewed: · Prepared by the publisher's team with AI assistance. Not yet reviewed by an independent reader.
How to read the table
- We do not convert currencies: each price is in the currency it was published in, and our first-year arithmetic uses that same currency.
- "Free" does not mean no cost: look at the payment-fee row and the "what costs extra" row.
- The real cost includes what the headline price leaves out: a branded app, the data move, messages.
- These are list prices. Some vendors may negotiate, and we cannot know that from their pages.

Limits of this guide
- All prices come from the vendors' own pages as of 2026-10-16 and may change. We have not tried any product and have not contacted any vendor.
- Tamarran sells by quote only, so its cost cannot be worked out. Rekaz's Individuals yearly price awaits a check in a browser.
- The six tools are not the whole market, and they are not all built for gyms: Koorza is aimed at football academies and Rekaz is a general booking tool.
- GymLeb and Easy Gym Software publish no price that we found, so they have no column in this table.
- No independent reader and no native Arabic editor has read it yet.
