How we review
Our scoring is based on evidence, not opinion. We collect facts from public sources and record, for each fact, the source link, the date we read it and the evidence level.
The evidence ladder

Proposed criteria and weights
These weights are our proposed method and are not final, so we show no score for now. When shown it will be an "Editorial score out of 100" with its evidence level beside it, and never a star icon that looks like a user rating.

Freshness
- Every fact shows "Last verified" and every page shows "Page last reviewed".
- We re-check prices and plans every 30 days, features every 90 days and the whole page every 180 days.
- A page past its date shows a "may be out of date" banner automatically.
Right of reply and corrections
- Any vendor can ask for a mistake to be corrected, with a source. We acknowledge within 3 working days and decide within 10.
- A vendor may add a short reply (about 150 words) shown under its profile, labelled "Vendor reply".
- A vendor cannot edit scores, remove accurate criticism or pay to change anything.
- Every correction is logged publicly: "Corrected on [date]".
- Correction requests go to the corrections address in the footer of every page.
What we do not do yet
- No user reviews in the first 180 days.
- We do not copy from other review sites: we link to them.
- We never get past a bot check, login wall or rate limit: if a page blocks us we write "could not read (blocked)" and move on.
