Gym and sports academy software in Lebanon: a buyer's guide
If you run a gym, club or academy in Lebanon, your question is rarely "which tool has the most features". It is: does it bill in dollars and lira? Is the interface really in Arabic? Who moves my members' data? What will it cost in year one? This page collects the questions and puts the published facts side by side.
Page last reviewed: · Prepared by the publisher's team with AI assistance. Not yet reviewed by an independent reader.
The short version
- We do not name a "best". We show the facts and their sources, and write "not published" where we find nothing.
- ArabGym, in2 and Rekaz publish prices openly (in US dollars; Rekaz in Saudi riyals). Tamarran sells by quote only and we found no price for GymLeb, so their cost cannot be compared until you ask for a quote.
- What we found published about dollar-and-lira billing is limited: in2 states one base currency, and ArabGym bills members in 14 currencies, Lebanon's among them, but does not describe a dollar-and-lira invoice. We did not find it for Tamarran or Rekaz.
- They differ in origin: in2 is from Lebanon, Tamarran is a Gulf platform, Rekaz is a general Saudi tool for service businesses, and ArabGym is a self-serve platform whose pages name no Lebanese city or payment gateway. Origin changes support and local payments.
- GymLeb is aimed at Lebanon but we found no website of its own: only a G2 page that refused our fetch (so we did not read it) and a member app in the app stores. Its column is mostly empty because we write only what we can cite.
Questions to ask before you pay
- Can I issue an invoice in dollars and lira together? Ask the vendor to show you a real invoice in both currencies, not to say it is possible.
- Who moves my old data, and for how much? It may be free to do yourself with templates, a paid service, or included. Ask for the cost as a number.
- Is WhatsApp automatic or manual? Some tools send automatically through an add-on; some prepare the message and a staff member presses send. The difference matters for WhatsApp's rules.
- Do parents get a store app or a browser portal? An app under your own brand may be a paid monthly or yearly add-on.
- Does it fit my sport? Football needs teams and fixtures; martial arts needs belts and grading. Ask for your feature by name.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying or the vendor closes? Ask for a full export in an open format before you sign.
The comparison
Every cell is tied to a source link and a verified date. An empty cell means "we did not find it", not "it does not exist". We show no score because we have not finalised a scoring method.
